• Under 2 years old with separate passport: insurance and border crossing fees 700,000 VND, sharing bed with parents.
• From 2 years old to under 6 years old: 50% of the tour price (has a separate seat, shares bed with parents)
• From 6 years old to under 11 years old: 75% of the tour price (has a separate seat, shares bed with parents)
• 11 years old and above: 100% of the tour price

Note: Children's age is calculated according to the date on their passport. Two adults are only allowed to accompany 1 child, if more children are accompanied, from the 2nd child onwards, half the tour price will be charged.

TOUR REGISTRATION:

• Pay 50% immediately upon registering for the tour and receiving confirmation and receipt from the company.
• Pay the remaining amount at least 1 day before the tour departure date.

TOUR CANCELLATION:

• Cancel the tour after registration, you will lose your deposit.
• 15 working days before departure: 50% of the tour value.
• 7 working days before departure: 80% of the tour value.
• 3 working days before departure: 100% of the tour value.
• Holidays, Tet: 100% of the tour value.

• Guests must bring light luggage and keep their personal belongings safe during the tour.
• Guests must have a passport valid for 06 months from the end date of the tour and bring it with them when going on the tour.
• For overseas Vietnamese and foreign guests, they must have a multiple-entry visa to Vietnam or a visa exemption to go on the tour.
• The time in the tour program is the expected time, the actual tour will have a difference (not much) compared to the expected time. The tour guide will inform you directly during the tour.
• Commit to having been consulted, clearly understand and agree to the relevant regulations on health conditions when participating in the tour program.
• This is a purely tourist tour, please do not separate from the group during the tour.
• If you need a VAT invoice, please provide the invoice information to the tour sales staff immediately upon registration or before full payment. Invoices will not be issued after the tour has ended.
• Please read carefully the program, tour price, inclusions and exclusions in the program, tour cancellation conditions on the payment receipt.
• In case of force majeure, the company is not responsible to the customer for changes or cancellations due to objective and subjective reasons such as: Earthquakes, volcanoes, storms, wars, strikes, protests, terrorism, political unrest, epidemics, etc. Solutions or compensation (if any) will depend on the relevant Service Provider.
• The company is not responsible in case the group member violates the provisions on immigration procedures or is denied entry according to the decision of the local authorities. Tour costs are non-refundable and any additional costs (if any) will be paid by the customer.
